Cambridge did the right thing for efficient stormwater management with the Aqua-Bric with ArmorTec permeable paving stones (Onyx/Natural) utilized for

Audio Video Intelligence is honored to be a part of the Home of Distinction. Our goal was to make this special home an electronic lifestyle environment, by integrating multi-zone audio, video, lighting and temperature control. The integration system used in this home has been provided by Control 4. This system allows the homeowner to choose the music they would like to listen to such as: IPod, XM radio or digital music. This can be done with an easy to use touch screen located in the kitchen or by a wireless remote control anywhere throughout the house. This control system enables the homeowner to adjust lighting and temperature at will or via an automated setting. If automated is selected it knows when the owners are home or away. The home also has a state of the art home theater system provided by Pioneer Electronics with 5.1 digital surround sound, a 100” screen and high definition widescreen projector. The room has been acoustically designed and treated for an unparalleled movie experience.

J. Todd Galleries has provided all of the artwork for the home. Fifty to sixty originals (mostly oil paintings) have been individually selected for each wall to coordinate with each designer’s vision and color scheme. Subjects vary from landscape to seascape and from still life to totally abstract. Styles (from contemporary to traditional) will also vary widely.
