John Merritt Homes, Inc. is a small family company incorporated in 1999 with family members as the officers. Since moving to Fair Oaks Ranch in 2000, JMH has built an average of six homes a year in and around Fair Oaks Ranch. John brings 30 years of engineering and project management skills in the oil and gas industry to help create a customer-oriented, custom home building company that relies on open communication and a commitment to keeping the best interests of the client in mind at all times. Maggie Merritt McCarthy utilizes her B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University to oversee field operations. Her attention to details and project scheduling, assure delivery of a high quality product as quickly as possible. Cathy facilitates and coordinates the many decorative selections for our Spec homes and is an aid to our custom clients.
