Greenspire Properties LLC is a privately held company engaged in property development and investment. Through its predecessor companies, Dun Romin Homes and Dun Romin Properties, the principals of Greenspire have been involved in property development in the Chicago area since 1995. Headquartered in Winnetka, Illinois, the company and its affiliated architectural firm, Mandy Brown Architects, PC, have been focused on the development of residential properties primarily designed for young and growing families locating to the North Shore of Chicago.
